Joan Stilwell, age 83 of Albany, passed away Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020.  Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, Feb. 7 at the Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Abilene with Pastor Tim Trimble officiating. Interment will follow under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.
