NANCY EBERSOLE GREEN

Nancy Green was born on April 18, 1928, in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Polly and Gene Ebersole. After a long and adventurous life, she died on Feb. 6, 2020, at the James L. West Center for Dementia Care in Fort Worth, Texas, just a few weeks shy of her 92nd birthday.

Elsie Ruth (Graham) Randall, age 91 of Lubbock, passed away Feb. 6, 2020. Visitation will be from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 13 at First Christian Church of Albany. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 13 at First Christian Church of Albany with Brad McBee officiating.

Chamber to elect directors

Winter Encampment planned Feb. 15

By Kathy Thomson Members of the Fort Griffin Living History Association are hosting a Winter Encampment at Fort Griffin State Historic Site on Saturday, Feb. 15, from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m., and the public is invited to come and learn more about life on the Texas frontier.
