Reyes workday rescheduled

Volunteers originally planned to begin the transformation of J.R. and Tricia Reyes’ recently purchased storage building into a comfortable, although tiny home last Saturday, but inclement weather delayed the start of the project.

“We are leveling the house, and it was too muddy to get that done,” said organizer Lori Schooler. “So we are starting early this Saturday at 7:00 a.m., and will level the house and put in electricity. Everyone is welcome to come and pitch in!”

The Reyes’ uninsured home was destroyed by fire early on the morning of July 11.
