Chamber Boil slated tonight

The annual Chamber Boil and Fish Fry for membersof theAlbanyChamber of Commerce will kick off with some Cajun music and food at the Depot Thursday (today) beginning at 6:00 p.m. “All Chamber members are invited,” Chamber manager Brandi Lehew said.

Moran students view eclipse from 3 sites

Moran students witnessed the total solar eclipse from three vantage points Monday, April 8. A group of 68 students from fourth through 12th grades and eight faculty members traveled to San Saba, which was in the zone of totality.

Cast rehearses for 2024 Sampler

The Membership Sampler for the 2024 edition of the Fort Griffin Fandangle is just over a week away, set this year for Saturday, April 20 at Collins Creek Ranch near Fort Griffin. Practices are set for Thursday (today) and next Tuesday at the Prairie Theater starting at 6:30 p.m., then moving to Collins Creek for 7:00 p.m.

Bake sale to raise camp funds
