By Kathy Thomson A member of the Lady Bulldog volleyball team was awarded one of the superlative awards, and other Moran players were  selected spots on the first  and second District 6 1-A All-District teams. Senior November Meredith was chosen as the Outstanding Setter.

Sydney Ten Cate of Moran is graduating from Hardin Simmons University on Friday, Dec. 13 with Cum Laude honors. Her major is Criminal Justice and her minor is Psychology.

By Kathy Thomson Students in the Moran Independent School District are finishing junior high University Interscholastic League academic contests on Thursday, Dec. 12, and then have an optional/required fifth day on Friday, Dec. 13. Classes will release at 12:00 noon on Dec. 13.
