LARRY BONNER Larry Varnelle Bonner, 72, of Albany died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2018 at his home. A graveside service was held Monday, Aug. 13, 2018 in the Newburg Cemetery (south of Comanche) with Chaplain Charles Goodnight officiating under the direction of Bailey Howard Funeral Home of Clyde.

Janet Chapman, age 71 of Albany, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018. A private graveside service was held prior to her memorial service which was held Saturday, July 28 at Bethel Assembly.

Eileen Brewster, age 63 of Moran, passed away Sunday, July 8, 2018. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 14 at Morehart Mortuary Chapel with Dick Garcia officiating. A visitation will take place in the chapel following the memorial service.

Jesus called another one of His angels, Norma O’Connor, age 70 of Wichita Falls and formerly of Albany, home to rejoice in celebration on Tuesday, June 26, 2018.  Funeral Services were held Friday, June 29 at Bethel Assembly in Albany with Derrell Marion officiating.

Emalyn “Sam” Gillispie, age 89 of Albany, passed away Monday, June 25, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 29 at Friendship Baptist Church with Brian Cope officiating. Visitation is Thursday, June 28 from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m at Morehart Mortuary in Albany.

Betty Jo Bounds Rogers was born on April 10, 1940 in Stamford, Texas to Willard and Mary Jo Bounds. She left this world surrounded by her sister, her daughter, and son-in-law on May 19, 2018 at her home in Strong City, Kansas.
