Kenneth Brandon Todd, 47, passed away in Houston, Texas, on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2024. He was born on June 20, 1976 – Father’s Day – at Houston Memorial Hospital to parents Howard and Jann Todd of Albany, Texas. Kenny attended the Albany school system through all 12 grades and graduated in 1995.

Beate “Bea” Hawkins, 58, of Breckenridge, TX passed away peacefully on Jan. 3, 2024. Bea grew up in Sprollenhaus, Germany before moving to Texas. She never met a stranger and will be dearly missed and always remembered for her outgoing and loving personality.

Thomas Keith Humber, a long-time Albany resident, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Dec. 27 in Frisco, Texas. Tom was born onApril 14, 1936, at the family homestead on the farm owned by his parents, Walter and Lena Belle Humber. He was the oldest of the three siblings – Tom, Dick, and Harriet.

Billie Mae Proctor, 82, of Albany passed away Monday, Dec. 18, 2023, in an Abilene nursing home. A graveside service was held Friday, Dec. 29, 2023, at Dennis Cemetery with Pastor Dennis Chappell officiating under the direction of Bailey Howard Funeral Home of Clyde.
