Running Man slated

The Feed Store is gearing up for its own version of Halloween tricks and treats with the 27th annual Running Man competition.. The activities begin at 9:00 p.m.

Red Ribbon Week continues

The 2023 Red Ribbon Week campaign is winding down, but organizers still have events planned for the final two days on Thursday and Friday. Students at both the elementary and secondary campuses have been involved in dress-up days, contests, and daily tokens to remind them to stay away from drugs and alcohol.

2 runners advance to regional

For the second year in a row, Albany had two runners qualify for the Region II-2A cross country meet with their finishes at the district meet. Freshman Ashlyn Miller and junior Jonathan Coody will compete Tuesday, Oct.

It’s a wrap!

The 80th anniversary edition of the Fort Griffi n Fandangle offi cially concluded soon after 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, with the traditional singing of “Prairie Land” by the entire cast, in front of an audience that included a large contingent of visitors from China, as well as U.S. Representative Jody Arrington and his family.
