Hospital board looks at retirement plan

MuchofMondaynight’s hour-long meeting of the ShackelfordCountyHospital District board of directors was spent considering proposals from the Texas County and District Retirement System,although action was tabled until next month. TCDRS representative Kristina Fox went through the services that are offered, stating that there are 831 Texas counties and districts, including water, hospital, appraisal, and emergency service districts, currently participating in the program.
