By Lynsi Musselman The City of Moran will hold a household trash collection and free tire and trash disposal on Saturday, Oct. 24 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. or until the containers are full. A separate container for metal will be provided.

JACKIE MITCHELL Jackie Mitchell, age 76 of Albany, passed away Monday, Oct. 5, 2020.  A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, Oct. 10 at the Albany Cemetery Pavilion, officiated by Stewart McWilliams, son-in-law of Jackie and Carolyn.  Jackie’s wishes were to be cremated.

Rickey Edgar, age 69 of Albany, passed away Friday, Oct. 2, 2020. Graveside funeral services were held Sunday, Oct. 4 in the Moran Cemetery with Rev. Jeff Pleasant officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.
