Each day this week, the school has had a designated spirit dress day, with Friday being “get into school spirit and wear purple and gold.”

There will be a pep rally on Friday at 3:15 p.m. at the football field, with awards being handed for the best dressed during spirit week.

Moran ISD students in the floral design class have been making $20 mums and garters to sell at school for their fall fundraising project.

MISD superintendent Danny Freeman said the homecoming court will be presented, and the king and queen will be crowned during halftime of the Friday night game.

The 2020 Homecoming court to be presented includes Toby Eason as the page and Brooke Orsak as the lady in waiting.

Memphis McGough will serve as duke and Alli Scott as duchess.

The prince is Zak Keith and the princess is Hannah Rogers.

The nominees for homecoming king are Bailey Hitch and Corey Miller, and the nominees for homecoming queen are Dariann Hawley, Corley Hendricks, Sondra O’Keefe, Baylee Orsak, and Tiffany Wade.
