The AHS honor Class of 1974 held its 50th reunion during the 2024 Homecoming festivities in Albany this past weekend. A total of 22 classmates and many spouses enjoyed both the homecoming festivities and the celebration of the Shackelford County 150 Anniversary during the weekend.

Moran Independent School District enjoyed another quiet week, but activity will pick up soon. “Itwon’tbelongbefore we finish another six weeks,” principal Jo Hise said.

Parents of high school and junior high athletes are reminded that there are still many individual and team photo packages that have not been picked up, with flag football and youth cheer groups to be in the file in the near future.
