No action was taken on any agenda items prior to recessing the meeting, but there was an indication that there would be action taken once the meeting reconvened on Wednesday.

ClaytonSnyder,whohas served in the Shackelford County Appraisal District (SCAD) office for almost nine years, since August of 2015, submitted his resignation ataMay22meeting of the SCAD board. A lockdown at the Albany secondary campus on Tuesday, ordered as the result of an altercation taking place a few blocks away, lasted just a few minutes, but ended with a local man arrested and charged with two counts of attempted capital murder of a peace officer, along with a secondary charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.
