Denton to compete in state rodeo finals

By Sandy Morris Recent Albany High School graduate Addie Beth Denton will compete at the Texas High School Rodeo Finals scheduled for Sunday, June 6 to Saturday, June 12 at the Taylor County Expo Center in Abilene.  This will be Denton’s fourth year to qualify for the THSR state finals.

Funds left over for 2020 seniors

By Sandy Morris The Albany High School Class of 2020 has a surplus of money in last year’s  class activity fund that has been divided between the 42 seniors from the class. Class parent Susie Beard said the money can be picked up at the AHS office from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m..
