JV Lions defeat Rams

The Albany Lions junior varsity football team stepped up in class for the second week in a row Thursday, Oct. 10 at Mineral Wells and came away with a 14-8 victory.

The JV Lions are open this week as Winters is not fielding a JV team. That opening was filled Thursday, Oct. 4 when AlbanyplayedBrownwood freshman Maroon, a Class 3A Division I program.
