Youth fundraisers planned

First Baptist Church youth ministry has added a pie-in-the-face fundraiser to its list of spring activities to raise money for summer church camp.

The event will be held Sunday, May 7 at FBC following a pulled pork sandwich lunch event.

Youth minister Eduardo San Lucas said those nominated to catch a pie in the face will have cans into which money is deposited.

The bake sale scheduled for Saturday, April 22 at the Bank Park will start at 9:00 a.m., but youth need to be there by 8:30 a.m. Helpers will be needed to transport tables from the church and back.Everyone planning to attend camp needs to help with the sale.
