MHS athletes run at Eula

Moran sent 12 cross country runners to the Eula Invitational Cross Country Meet on Tuesday, Sept. 6.

Seven girls competed on the varsity team which placed 16th. 

One Bulldog ran in the boys varsity section, and four girls ran in the junior varsity girls division, but Moran did not have enough runners to be considered a team in either of those divisions.

“I am very proud of all the cross country runners,” said coach Jo Hise. “They ran a hard race for their first time. This is our first year to compete in cross country in several years.”

The next meet for the cross country team will be in Baird on Wednesday, Sept. 25.
