Little Dribblers signup deadline set Saturday

Children in second through fourth grade wanting to play in the Albany Little Dribblers Association have until Saturday, Jan. 13 to sign up.

Organizer Joe Tidwell said registration forms are available at Nancy Smith ElementarySchool,andhe hopes to have everything wrapped up by the end of the week. Tidwell said the draft will probably be held next week after all registration forms are collected.

Games will begin Saturday, Feb. 10.

Tidwell said the number of teams will depend on how many children sign up.

Registration fee is $30 per player.

Forms may be turned in at the NSES office or to Tidwell.

In addition to players, parents are asked to volunteer to assist with the league. Volunteer positions include coach, assistant coach, referee, team parent/manager, team sponsor, concession standworkers,anddonors.
