Little Dribblers play starts

The Albany Little Dribblers opened the 2022 season Saturday, Feb. 12, with 10 games at the Albany High School gyms.
The start of the league was delayed a week because of the winter storm that hit Albany earlier in the month. The season will now extend into March.
The schedule for Saturday, Feb. 19, follows:
Boys – Blue vs. Red, 9:00 a.m.; Gray vs. Black, 10:00 a.m.; Black vs. Blue, 11:00 a.m.; Red vs. Gray, noon.
Girls – Turquoise vs. Purple, 9:00 a.m.; Grey vs. Pink, 10:00 a.m.; Red vs. Green, 11:00 a.m.; Purple vs. Grey, noon; Pink vs. Green, 1:00 p.m.; Turquoise vs. Red, 2:00 p.m.
In addition, team pictures and individual photos will be taken by The Albany News this Saturday starting at 8:15 a.m. Parents are asked to make sure their players are in the photo area in the main gym lobby at the scheduled time. Coaches have copies of the schedule.
