The Albany Lions took the first step toward a football playoff berth Friday, Oct. 11 with a 47-15 homecoming victory over the Miles Bulldogs in the District 7-2A Division II opener at Robert Nail Memorial Stadium.The Lions (4-2 overall, 1-0 district) look to take the next step in pursuit of postseason play at 7:00 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18 when they take on Winters at Blizzard Stadium....
