Cubs split last week’s games

The Albany Junior High Cubs football teams made their first road trip of the season Thursday, Sept. 12 to Seymour with the eighth grade winning 40-0 and the seventh grade falling 30-0.

The Cubs return to action Thursday, Sept. 19 (today) when they host Merkel at Robert Nail Memorial Stadium. The seventh grade will start at 4:30 p.m. with the eighth grade to follow.
