Bulldogs to open season Friday

After the one scrimmage of the year against Gustine last week, the Moran High School Bulldogs will get the chance to play their home opener on Friday night, Aug. 28 at 7:30 p.m. against Benjamin.

The Lady Bulldogs’ volleyball game against TCLA on Tuesday was cancelled, coming on the heels of a Moran win against Gorman on Friday, Aug. 21.

The next game will be at home this Friday against Benjamin, starting at 4:00 p.m.

Seating

MISD superintendent Danny Freeman said it is important to arrive early at both contests because attendance will be limited to 50 percent.

“Parents of athletes will be given priority,” Freeman explained. “We hope as many as can will come cheer on the Bulldogs.”
