Bulldog season ends early, basketball girls start Nov. 9

The Moran Bulldogs’ 2024 football season came to an unexpectedly early end this week whenThrockmortonwas forced to forfeit the game scheduled for Friday, Nov. 8 because of lack of players.

Bulldogs coach John Hughes said the Greyhounds were down to six healthy players last week.Throckmortonforfeited its game against Woodson.

The move leaves Moran at 2-8 overall and 1-2 in District 9-1A Division II.
