The Albany Lions had a hot time in the old town Thursday, Aug. 22. They also got in a little football.Despite temperatures of more than 100 degrees most of the evening, the Lions concluded the preseason by scrimmaging Early at Robert Nail Memorial Stadium.Next up is the season opener at 7:00 p.m. Friday, Aug. 30 against the Stamford Bulldogs at Stamford’s Bill Anderson Stadium....
