Scene rehearsals to start Monday

Rehearsals will begin in earnest next week for “The Nativity,” which is set to be performed on Dec. 10 and 11 at the Aztec Theater.

The sets for the play will be in place by Monday, and scene rehearsals are planned that evening for the Patriarchal family at 7:00 p.m. and the Shepherds scene at 7:30 p.m.

The Herod scene will be practiced on Tuesday, Nov. 29 at 7:00 p.m., with the Mary scene at 7:00 p.m. and the Innkeeper scene at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1.

There will be a full run-through of the show on both Monday and Tuesday, Dec. 5 and 6 starting at 7:00 p.m.

Dress rehearsal is tentatively planned for Friday, Dec. 9 at 7:00 p.m.

Performances are set for 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10 and 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 11.

Musical director Sandy Abel has also set the first rehearsal for the adult choir for Monday, Nov. 28 at 7:00 p.m. at the Presbyterian church.

Complimentary tickets will be available at the ticket box starting 45 minutes before each performance.
