Can you believe it’s already March? It’s the month of celebrating spring breaks, warmer weather, and watching all of our trees and flowers begin to bloom again. I think we have all had it with winter.

I wonder if we will really have spring weather and spring temperatures during spring break. I’m sure all parents are hoping so.

I have always questioned why we depend on a GROUNDHOG to give the forecast as to whether we will have an early spring or late spring. 

Does anyone else find that a little strange? A GROUNDHOG? I do. I mean he comes out for about 20 minutes and then goes back in his hole until next year. What a cushy job. 

Does he have special powers that we don’t know about? Does he have better technology than our weather forecasters ?  (Because they don’t seem to have a very good record lately.)

I guess we will just have to wait and watch for that early spring. After all MR. GROUNDHOG is calling the shots.
