ZACHARY RILEY

Zachary Riley, age 44 of Lubbock, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 27 at the Albany Church of Christ with Russell Scott officiating. Interment will follow in the Albany Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.

Zachary Scott Riley was born Jan. 5, 1978 in Abilene, Texas to parents Stan Lee Riley and Debbie Ann Balliew Riley. He joined the United States Army in 1999 and served until 2002. He enjoyed reading, sports, and shooting guns. Zachary was good hearted, always joking, and especially loved his family. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Debbie Riley; grandparents, Pat and Bill Balliew, and Betty Jo and Ben Jack Riley.

Zachary is survived by his two children, Alissa Nicole Bond and Ivo Riley Malone; his father, Stan Riley and wife Elisabeth; one sister, Este Riley and husband Mark “Michael;” and one nephew, Tayvian Riley.
