PATSY JO THOMPSON

Patsy Thompson, age 70 of Albany, passed away Monday, Nov. 25, 2024. Funeralserviceswereheld Friday, Nov. 29 at Bethel Assembly with Pastor Luke Spraberry officiating. Interment followed in the Albany Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary.

Patsy Jo Newcomb was born in Abilene, Texas to William Douglas Newcomb and Doris Onetta Finch Newcomb. She married Bobbie Thompson in Hawley on June 23, 1990.

Pastywasahomemaker and enjoyed crocheting. She loved playing card games and playing dominoes with her grandkids. She was a devoted member of Bethel Assembly and loved listening to worship hymns. She also loved watching her Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners.

Shewasprecededbyher husband, Bobbie Thompson; her parents, William and Doris Newcomb; and hernephew,CalebThompson.

Pasty is survived by her daughter,CricketMinorof Albany;onebrother,Doug Newcomb and wife Terrye of Albany; one sister, DeidraThompsonandhusband Wayne of Sweetwater; three grandchildren, Karlyn Thompson, Kirah Minor, Kaelyn Minor; and numerousnieces,nephews and cousins.
