Bonnie Ten Cate, age 65 of Moran, passed away Sunday, Jul. 10, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 8:00 a.m., Friday, Jul. 15 at Bethel Assembly. Interment will follow in the Albany Cemetery under the direction of Morehart Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, Jul. 14 at Morehart Mortuary of Albany.

Bonnie Michelle Alexander was born on Dec. 21, 1956 to William Alfred Alexander and Betty Jean McKee Alexander in Albany, Texas. She grew up in Albany and later graduated from Albany High School.

On Sept. 17, 1974, Bonnie married Robert Dean (Stump) Ten Cate in Albany.  She was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Albany and liked playing bingo.

Bonnie was very family oriented and especially enjoyed loving on her grandkids and having family gatherings. She often shared words of wisdom to her family, even on birthday cards.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Stump Ten Cate; her father, Alfred Alexander; one daughter, Bobbie Ingle; one brother, Johney Alexander; two sisters, Twana Alexander, Cynthia Wade; two nephews, David Alexander, James Alexander; and one grandchild.

Bonnie is survived by her mother, Betty Jean Alexander of Albany; one son, Steven Ten Cate and wife DeLisa of Moran; four daughters, Jeannie Ten Cate, Michelle Taggart and husband Steven, all of Moran, Robyn Bell and husband Bobby of Albany, Bethany Ingle of Moran; one sister and four brothers, Misty Thompkins and husband Gene of Moran, William (Corkey) Alexander, Randall Alexander and wife Randi all of Albany, Jerry (Sonny) Alexander and wife Tonya of Moran, Jimmy Alexander and wife Tammy of Pittsburg, Kansas; 11 grandchildren, five great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and many others that she claimed as her own.
