Beverly Elaine Swartz-Roberts

Beverly Elaine Swartz-Roberts passed away on Saturday, May 23,2026 at the age of 68 after fighting the battle with cancer.  Beverly was born November 19, 1957, in Rock Springs, Wyoming.  She was a long-time resident of Albany, Texas where she met the love of her life on November 9, 2000.

One of her favorite hobbies was to crochet and if you did not know who “Betty Boop” was, well you would after spending some time with her.

There are so many different words to describe Beverly but “Fiery” comes to mind, she was a strong-willed woman, had strong beliefs but she was still down to earth, loving and caring at the same time.

When Beverly spoke, you listened because she had the wisdom/fire to back it up.

She was preceded in death by her mother.  She is survived by her loving father, Billy Boland, husband Wendell Roberts, daughter Tammy Boland, Mitzi Catiller, daughter Krisjen Roberts, son Kendell Roberts and wife Desnarae, daughter Jennifer Roberts, 5 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and other family and friends.

Quote: “I will always be with you.  Time can never fade sweet memories that we’ve made.  We can never truly be apart.  Close your eyes and think of me.  I will match the beat of your hearts.  If there are things you need to say, I am only a whisper away.  If there are things you need to do, my love is right beside you”.

Beverly will be cremated and a celebration of life will be 2pm Saturday June 6, 2026 at the Albany Cemetery covered pavilion.  The family would like to express our gratitude to the Hendrick Oncology staff and the Hendrick Hospice Care Team of Abilene.
