Pig sale benefit set next weekend

The 38th annual First Impressions Invitational Pig Sale is expected to be the biggest yet.

The longest-running livestock sale in the U.S., which benefits Shackelford County youth who participate in the county stock show, is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 8 at the county show barn.

The sale provides animals for agriculture projects to FFA and 4-H members.
