Jackpot show slated Sunday

Swine exhibitors will give their animals a test runformajorwintershows Sunday, Dec. 3 at the ShackelfordCountyShowdown jackpot show at the Shackelford County Show Barn.

The show will feature two rings of exhibitors and their animals. Ring A will start at 9:00 a.m. Ring B will start 30 minutes after Ring A concludes.

Entries are limited to the first 250 paid head in each ring, but animals may be entered in both. Entry fee is $50 per head per show.

All proceeds benefit the Shackelford County Livestock Show and sale, organizer Reggy Spencer said.

Austin Thompson of Indiana will judge Ring A with A.J. Genter of Ohio judging Ring B.

At 8:00 a.m. Sunday, Ray Perryman of Short Round Ministries will conduct a worship service. Perryman also conducted a service during the First Impressions Invitational Pig Sale in September.
