Chaney, Pleasant to wed May 25

Jeff and Ricia Pleasant of Albany are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their son, Jordan Rick Pleasant to Madison Lynn Chaney, daughter of Gary and Samantha Chaney of Abilene. 

Jordan is the grandson of Gerald and Ruby Petree of Albany and the late James and Dorothy Pleasant. 

Madison is the granddaughter of Harold and Jeannie Jones of Anson, Jack Chaney of Morton, and Rena Browning of Breckenridge.

Jordan is a 2017 Albany High School graduate and is currently attending Hardin Simmons University. He plans to graduate in May 2021 with a Bachelor of Behavioral Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. He is currently employed by Hardin Simmons University.

Madison graduated from Hawley High School in 2017. She earned an Associates of Arts & Science degree from Cisco College in May 2019. She plans to attend nursing school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Abilene and get a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Madison is currently employed at TJ Maxx in Abilene.

A May 25, 2019 wedding is planned at Chandelier Ridge, Breckenridge, Texas. The couple will live in Abilene.
