Youth to meet post-game for 5th quarter

The Albany Ministerial Alliance will hold its second Fifth Quarter fellowship Friday, Sept. 16, following the Albany Lions home football game against Hawley.

The gathering will meet at The Feed Store. For the first time this year, high school and junior high students will meet in the same location.

Feed Store director Tisha Wilkins said refreshments will be provided by  Matthews Memorial Presbyterian and Trinity Lutheran churches.

The next Fifth Quarter will follow the home game against Comanche on Sept. 23. First Christian Church and The Feed Store will host that night.

Wilkins said church assignments for the final two home games have been switched. First Baptist Church will host following the homecoming game against Cross Plains on Oct. 14. Friendship Baptist, Bethel Assembly and Albany Methodist will host the final event following the Nov. 4 game against Abilene TLC.
