Fans of Albany Live performances at the Aztec will have to wait until March to enjoy a show unless they already have tickets to the sold-out Charlie Robison concert on Feb. 18.

The local non-profit announced its spring series in December and have already had two sell-outs in as many months.

The series started on Jan. 14 with a sold-out return performance by Paul Cauthen, and the Robison show set for Feb. 18 sold out within a couple of weeks.

Next in the series is a concert by Sunny Sweeney, who is making her local debut on March 18.

Just over 100 tickets are still available for the Sweeney show, with tickets selling for $75 for reserved seats and $50 for general admission. A $50 VIP experience to meet the artists and enjoy refreshments can be added to on to the seat price.

Sweeney is a “genre-bending, song writing spitfire” who has spent an equal amount of time in the musical traditions of both Texas and Tennessee, according to her biography.

She recently released her fifth studio album entitled “Married Alone.” The album was co-produced by Albany Live veteran Cauthen.

Tickets for Sweeney’s performance can be purchased at Albanylive.org.
