Superintendent’s contract extended

At the end of Monday night’s meeting, following the routine closed-session evaluation of AISD superintendent Jonathan Scott, a unanimous motion among all seven board memberspresentextended Scott’s contract by one moreyeartoJanuary2027.

A salary increase was included in the motion for a five percent raise, contingent upon the 2024-2025 budget.
