Project Grad fundraiser sells out

ProjectGraduationconducted its third fundraiser of the spring on Sunday, March 3, serving takeout lunches at The Feed Store.

“Sunday went great, and we sold out in about an hour and a half,” coorganizer Tisha Wilkins said. “We had great participation from our seniors and parents, so we were well staffed and hopefully got orders out in a quick and timely manner. We appreciate all those who came out and supported us.”

The fundraising effort will be put on hold over springbreak,Wilkinssaid, before a decision is made on what to do next.

Wilkins said letters soliciting contributions will be sent out later in the month.

“I’ll start working on that after spring break,” she said. “Around the first of April, we’ll start getting information out on that.”
