The Calling – Come & See Revival will offer three nights of worship for all faiths this weekend at Moran City Park.

The revival, hosted by First Baptist Church of Moran, is a cooperative effort with Albany Methodist Church.

Services will start at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, May 14-16.

The Calling is for those who have never known God, those who have strayed away, or those who have a close walk with God every day – in other words for everyone – and can recharge one’s faith, according to Dora Leonard of FBC Moran.

A video detailing the inspiration for the event can be viewed on the Moran Revival 2022 Facebook page.

“It tells how this really came about,” Leonard said. “It’s a pretty cool story.”

Meals will be provided each night before services begin. Albany Methodist Church will provide Saturday’s meal with FBC Moran handling Sunday and combining with Moran Apostolic Church for Monday, Leonard said.

On Saturday, Mark Hewitt of Love and Care Ministries will speak with Little Revival Band providing music.

On Sunday, Chris Leonard will be the main speaker with guest speakers Clutch Francis, Scott Gaddis, and Clint Oakley. Fountain Gate Fellowship Band will provide music.

On Monday, Tim Trimble of Albany Methodist Church will speak with Bar Church Boys leading the musical worship.
