Nine artists are set to hit the stage for CareFest 2021 on Aug. 28 at Happy Wife Happy Life wedding and event venue.
The gates will open to the public at 1:00 p.m., and bands will begin to play at 2:00 p.m.
The bands and musicians for this year are Roger Creager, Stoney Larue, Giovannie and the Hired Guns, Dylan Wheeler, Shea Abshier, Randy Brown, 360 Band, Cole Barnhill, and Jeff Martin.
According to one of the event organizers, Mindy Ary, VIP tickets are selling out the fastest they ever have, and there were only 25 left at press time on Tuesday.
VIP tickets for $250 each include front row stage access, access to the VIP tent, full access to the barn venue, meet and greet with the bands, beverages, an air conditioned venue, and front row parking.
Other ticket types include preferred admission or $125 and general admission for $60.
Tickets can be purchassed on outhousetickets.com.
Ary also stated there are some things prospective ticket buyers need to know before attending the event.
First, only bag coolers are allowed at the venue, and for that, a VIP Barn Ticket or cooler pass is needed.
No outside food is allowed, but there will be food trucks available.
“We are encouraging everyone to bring lawn chairs and wear comfortable shoes,” said Ary.
CareFest is a fundraising event organized by ResourceCare, with proceeds going towards outreach programs. This year’s funds will go towards transportation needs for patients.
