Albany Live will host the fourth country artist in its 2023 spring concert series when Kaitlin Butts makes her Albany debut at the Aztec Theater on Saturday.

Doors open at 7:00 p.m., with the performance at 8:00 p.m.

As of Tuesday, about 120 tickets were still available for the show, meaning tickets will probably still be sold at the door.

Tickets are $50 for general seating or $75 for reserved seating in the first three rows. As with all Albany Live productions, a $50 VIP experience can be added to the ticket price to meet the artist after the show and enjoy food and drinks in the Aztec community room.

Tickets can also be purchased in advance on the Albanylive.org website.

Country music’s Kaitlin Butts’ most recent album “What Else Can She Do”  finds the emerging songwriter delivering a collection of delicate, strong, and gallant characters and transformative storytellers. “What Else Can She Do” is a visceral display of just how raw and mighty words and actions can be–and how sometimes, knowing when to walk away can be just as compelling, according to her biography information.

“These songs are all stories from different women facing the question: What else can she do,” says Butts. “I don’t think that life is all that pretty sometimes, and it comes with pain and pushing through hard times, or being stagnant, going through the motions, and not knowing what to do, or just being flat-out angry with whatever life has put on your plate.”

A total of 286 tickets are available for each performance at the Aztec, with the front three rows sold as reserved seating and the remaining as general admission.

According to the website, the next Albany Live concert will feature the band Shenandoah on June 10. Tickets are yet available for the show, but are excepted to be available soon on the website.
