Final toy collections made

Albany’sNationalHonor Society students raised $630fortheannualToysfor Tots campaign in addition to collecting toys.

Marine SSgt. Doug Beaty, who oversees the program, said the contribution from the group was up from last year.

“We raised over $400 at the Christmas parade, so that’s $1,000+ total,” Beaty said. “I think those kids really hustled and went around getting donations.”
