Day Camp registration now open

With the school year winding down, summer is about to kick off, and registration is now open for Resource Care’s Day Camp 2024 set July 15-19 and 22-26.

Programs assistant Ragan Riley noted that the event is two consecutive weeks rather than there being an open week in between like there was last year.

“You can find the link to register your child or childrenon Resource Care’s Facebook page, or you can contact me at rriley@resourcecare.org to receive the link,” said Riley.

The link can be found on the Albany Summer Day Camp Facebook page.

The camp accepts four year olds to sixth grade (2024-2025 school year).

All campers must be registered by Monday, June 3. Riley also encouraged students from seventh through the first year of college for the 2024-2025 school year to consider working at the two-week camp.

Seventh and eighth graders will be volunteers, with ninth through college age paid for their time “If you are second year of college or older and would like to work Day Camp as an adult staff member with ourPre-Kand kinder garten students, please use the link to apply, text 214663-3271, or contact me at rriley@resourcecare.org,” Riley said.

Applications for all staffg and volunteers are due by May 31.
