CareFest 2021 festival set Aug. 28

ResourceCare has announced the date for the third annual CareFest fundraiser that benefits six Big Country communities.

The one-day music festival is scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 28 beginning at 1:00 p.m. at the Happy Wife Happy Life Weddings and Events venue located just outside Albany. 

Bands that have committed to appear include Roger Creager, Stoney Larue, Giovannie and The Hired Guns, Dylan Wheeler, Cole Barnhill, and the 360 Band.

All profits from Care Fest go back into the six local areas serviced by ResourceCare through the outreach programs including Vittles by Vehicle, Day Camp, ASPIRE, Senior Citizen Day, Christmas for Teens, Toys for Tots, Christmas for the Senior Citizens, Back to School Supplies, and the Emergency Assistance Program. 

Tickets can be purchased online by going to outhousetickets.com and searching for CareFest 2021.
