The Fort Griffin General Merchandise & Beehive Saloon was featured on the Texas Bucket List TV program, shown across Texas and also in Nevada, North Carolina, and Tennessee last weekend.

The Texas Bucket List is aired in Abilene on KTXS ABC on Saturdays at 5:00 p.m. and on KTXS CW on Sundays at 11:30 a.m.

For those who missed the program last weekend, a short preview was posted to Facebook by the Albany Chamber of Commerce, Fort Griffin General Merchandise & Beehive Saloon, and the Texas Bucket List.

“The show is dedicated to everything you have to see, do, and experience in the Lone Star State and a few things every Texan should venture out to try,” said Bucket List host Shane McAuliffe.

The season 14, episode 8 show featured What’s Brewing? a coffee shop in San Antonio, the Circle M in Big Sandy, and finished with Beehive owner Ali Esfandiary and his restaurant during the third segment.

“See what makes the Fort Griffin General Merchandise & Beehive Saloon such a sincere stop,” said McAuliffe. “It’s a seriously inspiring story.”

Typically full episodes of the Texas Bucket List are later released on YouTube, though the Easter show was not posted at that site as of press time.
