4-H gets in some ‘Fast Fashion’

ShackelfordCounty4-H members took part in a “Fast Fashion” workshop Thursday, March 7 at Closet Angels.

The program involved putting together fashionable outfits from used, recycled, and second-hand garments.

The segment was in preparation for a District 7 Fashion Show event in which contestants try to put together an outfit for the least dollar amount possible and then model it for the judges.

The District 7 Fashion Show is scheduled for Tuesday, March 26 in Llano.

The 4-H club will resume its regular schedule after spring break. In addition to regular club and Horse Club meetings, a photo workshop and a trip to ACU’s Rhoden Farm in Hamby are on the schedule.
