25 tickets left for Stragglers concert Feb. 17

Only about 25 tickets still remain for the Feb. 17concertbyJasonBoland and the Stragglers at the Aztec Theater in downtown Albany.

The performance is the second of the third season for Albany Live, a local group dedicated to bringing musicalentertainment to Albany and the Aztec.

Tickets are priced $50 for general admission in rowsG-Nandareavailable online at www.albanylive. org. Reserved seating has been sold out for the show.

Doors will open at 6:00 p.m.,with the show beginning at 7:00 p.m.

“We are very excited about the response,” said Albany Live member MegaenBirdwell.“Anyone who wants to see this show needs to get tickets now before we sell out.”

Patrons no longer will be able to add the VIP experience to a ticket, which includedtheopportunityto meet with performers and enjoy refreshments after the concert. However, a cash bar will be available to all ticket holders during performances.

Albany Live has booked Grammy-nominated singer/ songwriter James Mc-Murthy for the third show in the current series on April 20. Tickets are not yet for sale.

Proceeds from all performances hosted by Albany Live benefit the expenses of the theater, as well as supporting the group’s commitment to contribute to the Albany ISD band program and provide scholarships for local graduates wanting to pursue degrees in music at the college or university level.

Albany Live is a nonprofit organization established to support the cultivation of live music events hosted at Albany’s local venues.
