Music fans only have a few more days to purchase their tickets for ResourceCare’s second annual Carefest fundraiser before prices increase on Monday, Sept. 2.

“Ticket sales are going well,” said program assistant Ragan Riley on Monday. “VIP and Preferred tickets are almost sold out.”

Carefest is scheduled to take place Saturday, Sept. 7 at the Happy Wife Happy Life venue just outside of Albany, rain or shine.

Tickets for the music festival can be purchased at www.outhousetickets.com.

Starting Monday, Sept. 2, general admission tickets will increase from $45 to $60, and other ticket prices will also go up, according to Riley.

Live music at the event will be provided by Jenna McDaniel, Matt Stapp, Tejas Brothers, Sierra Scott Band, Kody West, Read Southall Band, Cody Canada and the Departed, Jason Boland and the Stragglers, and Parker McCollum.

Gates to Carefest will open at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, and close just over 12 hours later, at 1:30 a.m. the following morning.

All proceeds from the event go to ResourceCare’s outreach programs in Albany, Baird, Clyde, Breckenridge, Cross Plains, and Merkel.
