MISD honors veterans Monday

Moran Independent School District celebrated Veterans Day Monday, Nov. 11 with a program at the Moran gym.

MoranprincipalJoHise said three living veterans attended, as well as family members of three others.

“It went very well,” Hise said. “Pre-K and kindergarten sang a song, the first second and third sang a song, fourth and fifth sang a song and Jeff Martin performed ‘American Soldier.’’
