The original Albany News building, now owned by Paul Hamilton, is brimming with potential—and your ideas are needed to bring it to life.

The 9,400-square-foot space is a blank canvas, ready for a fresh vision. Whether it’s an office space, restaurant, retail shop, storage facility, or something entirely different, no idea is too big or too small for consideration.
