The Old Jail Art Center’s spring fundraiser will take place from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 6, and everyone is invited to purchase a ticket and come enjoy Fiesta Cárcel! while they help support the museum’s education programs.

“The OJAC serves over 4,000 students per month through physical and visual art education programs,” said marketing director Susan Montgomery. “Each event ticket sold supports two students in the upcoming 2019-2020 school year.”

Tickets are $50 for members of the OJAC or $65 for non-members and includes food and drinks.

The meal options will be provided by Mexican theme food trucks and will include tacos, nachos, hamburgers with a Mexican twist, a chicken sandwich, and corn cups. There will be a Mexican dessert bar.

“Our spring fundraiser is going to be great,” said Montgomery. “Join us for a festive even-ing featuring live music and auctions, food trucks and lawn games, a photo booth, margaritas, and a signature drink. We look forward to everyone joining the fun.”
